The Faces of Nature

On this page I show landscapes, plants and small details.

With my impressionistic landscape photography, I aim to capture the mood of a scene, often through soft, blurred lines created by intentional camera movement (ICM). In this way I would like to invite the viewer to a new, emotional experience of nature.

Trees symbolise growth, life and connection with nature. My paintings are multiple exposures of 15 to 20 photographs. In order to create the impression of a painted picture, I move partially or completely around the tree, inviting the viewer to a new, emotional experience of nature.

Immerse yourself in the magical world of impressionistic flower photography. In my images, I use multiple exposures or Intentional Camera Movement (ICM) to create dreamy blooms. This technique, inspired by impressionist painting, creates a unique, artistic representation of flowers that focuses on feeling and atmosphere rather than precise detail.

Water has a magical attraction for me. It plays no role whether it is a river, a lake or the ocean.

Most of these photos were taken using ICM (Intentional Camera Movement).
